General Conditions of Sale – Structured Success

1. About these terms

These General Conditions of Sale apply to purchases of digital products, online courses, coaching sessions, workshops, consultancy and other services provided by 60-MS Ltd trading as Structured Success through this website.

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.

In these terms, references to “Structured Success”, “we”, “us” or “our” mean 60-MS Ltd trading as Structured Success.

3. Eligibility

You must be aged 18 or over to purchase our coaching, consultancy, courses, digital products or other services.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.

4. Orders

When you place an order through our website, you are offering to purchase the relevant product or service subject to these terms.

Your order is accepted when payment has been successfully processed and we provide confirmation of your purchase or access to the product or service.

If we are unable to accept your order, we will notify you and any payment already taken will be refunded.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) unless otherwise stated.

The price payable is the price displayed at the time you place your order.

Payment is due at the time of purchase unless a different payment arrangement has been expressly agreed in writing.

Online payments are processed securely through our payment provider, Stripe. Structured Success does not store your full payment-card details.

Where applicable, prices will include any taxes that we are legally required to charge.

6. Digital products and online courses

Where you purchase a digital product or online course, access will normally be provided electronically immediately following successful payment.

Unless otherwise stated, your purchase provides access for your own personal use only.

All course materials, videos, audio recordings, downloads, worksheets, frameworks, exercises and other content remain the intellectual property of 60-MS Ltd and/or its licensors. They must not be copied, reproduced, shared, resold, published or distributed without our prior written permission.

Where you purchase digital content that is supplied immediately, you will be asked to expressly consent to the supply of that digital content beginning immediately and to acknowledge that, once supply begins, you will lose your statutory 14-day right to cancel.

This does not affect your statutory rights where digital content is faulty, not as described or does not otherwise meet the requirements of applicable consumer law.

7. Coaching, consultancy and other services

The nature, duration, format and scope of the service you purchase will be described on the relevant sales, booking or order page or otherwise agreed with you in writing.

Coaching and consultancy are designed to provide professional support, reflection, structure, challenge and guidance. They do not constitute medical, psychological, legal, financial or other regulated professional advice.

You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions and results. We cannot guarantee a particular personal, professional, career or business outcome from participating in coaching, consultancy, training or our educational programmes.

Where specific cancellation or rescheduling arrangements apply to a booked session, programme, workshop or other service, these will be communicated at the time of booking or purchase.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

8. Cancellations and refunds

Your cancellation and refund rights depend upon the type of product or service purchased and whether its supply or performance has already begun.

Where UK consumer law provides you with a statutory right to cancel, we will honour that right.

Digital courses and products

Where you purchase a digital course or other digital content that is made available immediately, you expressly consent to the supply of that digital content beginning immediately.

Once access to the digital content has begun, and where you have expressly consented to immediate supply and acknowledged the effect on your cancellation rights, you will lose your statutory 14-day right to cancel.

Unless a separate refund guarantee is expressly stated on the relevant sales page, we do not offer an additional change-of-mind refund once access to the digital content has begun.

This does not affect your statutory rights if the digital content is faulty, not as described or otherwise does not meet the requirements of applicable consumer law.

Services

For services, where you expressly request that a service begins during an applicable statutory cancellation period and subsequently exercise a valid right to cancel, we may be entitled to charge you for the proportion of the service that has already been provided, where permitted by law.

Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts any statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

9. Appointments, cancellations and rescheduling

Where your purchase includes a scheduled coaching, consultancy or other appointment, please provide as much notice as reasonably possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Any specific cancellation or rescheduling policy applicable to the service will be stated when you book or purchase it.

We reserve the right to reschedule an appointment where reasonably necessary. If we need to cancel an appointment and cannot offer a suitable alternative, you will be entitled to an appropriate refund for the affected service.

10. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, all materials supplied as part of our products and services — including written content, videos, audio, presentations, exercises, worksheets, downloads, methodologies and frameworks — are owned by or licensed to 60-MS Ltd and are protected by applicable intellectual-property law.

Purchasing a product or service gives you a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the materials for their intended purpose.

It does not transfer ownership of our intellectual property to you.

You must not reproduce, distribute, sell, sublicense, publish or make our materials available to another person without our prior written permission.

11. Personal information and privacy

We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data-protection legislation, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

We will use the information necessary to process your order, take payment, communicate with you and provide the product or service you have purchased.

Purchasing a product or service does not automatically mean that you consent to receive unrelated marketing communications from us. Where consent is required for marketing, this will be requested separately.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe facility provided in those communications.

12. Availability and technical access

We take reasonable steps to ensure that our website, digital products and online course materials remain available and function as intended.

However, uninterrupted access cannot always be guaranteed. Access may occasionally be affected by maintenance, updates, internet or hosting problems, third-party platforms or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Where a significant technical problem prevents you from accessing something you have purchased, please contact mirelle@structured-success.com so that we can investigate and, where appropriate, provide an alternative means of access or other suitable remedy.

13. Circumstances outside our control

We will not be responsible for delays or failure to provide a product or service where this is caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If such circumstances materially affect a booked service or programme, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible and seek an appropriate solution.

This does not affect any statutory rights or remedies available to you.

14. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including any liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.

Subject to those rights, we are not responsible for losses arising solely from decisions or actions you choose to take following coaching, consultancy, training or educational content.

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude our responsibility to provide products and services with the standard of care, quality and conformity required by law.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes to our products, services, business or applicable law.

The terms that apply to your purchase will normally be those in force at the time you place your order.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer, you will also retain any mandatory legal protections and rights relating to jurisdiction that apply to you under applicable law.
